Terms of Service | Swaplyst

These Terms govern your use of the Swaplyst app and website, operated by Communitech Labs Limited ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Swaplyst, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 (or the minimum age in your country) and able to enter a binding agreement. Organizations must be represented by an authorized person.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for keeping your login secure. You may delete your account at any time.

3. How Swaplyst works

Swaplyst connects people and organizations for volunteering, internships, and peer skill exchange, ranked by mutual fit. We facilitate introductions; we are not a party to any arrangement you make with another member.

4. No money changes hands

Swaplyst is built on the exchange of time and skills. Members must not use the platform to demand payment for matches. Organization posting tiers and any future paid features are separate and clearly described.

5. Acceptable use

Be honest about who you are and what you offer.
No harassment, discrimination, spam, or illegal activity.
No misrepresenting an organization or posting roles you are not authorized to offer.
Respect other members' privacy and the confidentiality of conversations.

6. Organization tier

During the launch window (through 30 September 2026), every verified organization may post up to three opportunities free of charge. Pricing for what comes after will be communicated to org-tier members before the launch window ends. We reserve the right to remove or refuse postings that violate these Terms.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a licence to display it within the service so matching and messaging can work. You are responsible for the content you share.

8. Safety

We verify organizations and provide tools to report and block members, but we cannot guarantee the conduct of any member. Use good judgement when meeting people and sharing information.

9. Disclaimers & liability

Swaplyst is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for arrangements made between members or for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using Swaplyst and delete your account at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Abu Dhabi Global Market, UAE, unless local law requires otherwise.
