Delete your account

You can delete your Swaplyst account and personal data at any time, from inside the app or by email.

In the app

  1. 1Open Swaplyst and go to Profile → Settings.
  2. 2Tap Delete account.
  3. 3Confirm. Your account and profile are removed immediately.

By email

Prefer not to use the app? Email community@swaplyst.com from the address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify it is you and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile, skills, photos, and bio
  • Your matches and messages
  • Account credentials and contact details

What we may retain

Limited records we are legally required to keep (for example, transaction or fraud-prevention logs) are retained only as long as the law requires, then deleted. Anonymised, non-identifying analytics may be kept.
